VINCI Facilities will take part in the corporate real estate trade fair (SIMI) on November 30 and December 1 and 2, 2011.
This trade fare, held at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, is the key meeting place for actors in the real estate sector.
Two presentations are being organized by VINCI Facilities for this occasion:
• How to combine energy savings and operational efficiency? What are our levers for action?
The VINCI Facilities experts, David Ernest, Director of the Expertise Center and Anna Le Rest, Energy Market Consulting Engineer, will offer VINCI Facilities’ answers on these issues.
They will demonstrate in particular that beyond optimization work, active management of energy supplying contracts is a real opportunity to reduce the energy bill and to save euros.
• Facility Management and well-being in the workplace
Stress in the workplace, mobility of persons between sites and other similar elements can represent risks for the company, risks that must be controlled.
What role does Facility Management play in this evolution of working conditions? What are the solutions that it can offer to promote well-being in the workplace?
Myriam Durand, Sales Director, VINCI Facilities Industry and Infrastructures IDF Pole, and Erika Nanan, VINCI Facilities for Facility'Art will be there to provide answers and elements for better understanding.
A series of thematic meetings at the VINCI Facilities stand have also been scheduled over the 3 days of this trade fair.
