> Lighting of the Lorentzweiler viaduct

The highway department of the City of Luxembourg awarded to City Electric the implementation of lighting on the Lorentzweiler viaduct (1,000 metres), after the business unit carried out the lighting in the Mersch tunnel (2,700 metres), which extends it. The equipment, comprising built-in lamps, dimmers and remote control, was installed within a short two-month period.

- Lighting in Bordeaux
Citéos (lighting solutions) is managing public lighting operation and maintenance in the northern zone of Bordeaux and maintenance of all monument illumination facilities in the city.
- 400 kV line in Marlenheim-Vigy
As part of the construction of a new HV line between Marlenheim and Vigy in northeastern France, VINCI Energies was awarded the contract for two works packages covering civil engineering and raising and stringing two 400 kV lines. The work is to be carried out in the first half of 2007 for RTE - TEE (Transport Electricité Est).
- Tunnel supervision in the greater Paris area
VINCI Energies, in a consortium with SANEF, won the four-year multi-technical maintenance and supervision contract for the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines bus station tunnel in January 2007.
- Wind farm in southern France
EDF Energies Nouvelles awarded to Omexom (high and very high voltage networks) the contract to build a 225/20 kV (130 MVA) HTB high-voltage transformer station for the Salles Curan wind farm in the southern French Aveyron region. Commissioning is scheduled in June 2008.
- Citéos refurbishes Cofiroute lighting
Cofiroute has awarded to Citéos (VINCI Energies) the contract to refurbish the lighting facilities on a major part of its network; it covers 700 poles.
- Marseilles metro
The Régie des Transports Marseillais (R.T.M) public transport authority in Marseilles has awarded the building management system (BMS) and low-voltage power supply contract for 28 metro stations (including 4 new ones) to VINCI Energies.
- Traffic management in Lorient (Brittany)
VINCI Energies has won the contract to equip the RN 165 national highway bypass at Lorient. The project comprises a comprehensive automatic traffic jam detection system including: measuring stations, variable message boards, a met station, a video surveillance system and a control centre, all interconnected via a Gigabit network.

- Multi-technical maintenance for Renault Trucks
Renault Trucks has awarded to Opteor the preventive maintenance of its heavy vehicle engine production line. The contract calls on Opteor’s expertise in mechanical engineering, hydraulic engineering, electrical systems, instrumentation and automation.
- Renovation of the Alfortville interconnection grid
Actemium (solutions for industry) has won the Gaz de France contract to renovate the interconnection grid (gas switching facility) in Alfortville, south-east of Paris. The project comprises an electrical system, automation and instrumentation works package as well as an Industrial Heritage Protection works package.
- Air treatment for the gas-fired Pont-sur-Sambre power station
German VINCI Energies subsidiary Nickel has received a contract from Siemens Power Generation to implement the ventilation and climate control system at the gas-fired Poweo power station in Pont-sur-Sambre in northern France.
- Wheat-based ethanol plant in Lillebonne
VINCI Energies is involved in the implementation of a new ethanol production unit for Bio Ethanol Nord Picardie (Tereos Group) in Lillebonne in northern France. The works include electrical systems, supervision, automation and instrumentation. The ethanol plant will be producing 3 million hectolitres of ethanol from wheat.
- Packaging line for Masterfoods
Global food group Masterfoods (Mars) has awarded to Actemium (solutions for industry) the implementation, as systems integrator, of a new pet food packaging line at its Melton plant (Leicestershire, UK).
- Electrical systems and instrumentation for biodiester
VINCI Energies is implementing, for Saipol, the high and low voltage equipment of the grinding and refining units at the new Le Mériot biofuel plant near Nogent-sur-Seine; it is also implementing, for Diester Industrie, the esterification, electrical, instrumentation and PLC systems.
- Production line in Sweden
Emil Lundgren Process (VINCI Energies) has received an order from Borealis for electrical and instrumentation works for the PEX (high-density polyethylene) production line in Stenungsund (North of Göteborg).
- SANY IP project: improving the environment
An international consortium bringing together 16 partners including Iséo was selected by the European Commission in Brussels for the "SANY IP (Sensors anywhere)" project, which aims to make environmental data collected from a variety of sources (fixed and mobile land, airborne, satellite, virtual sensor, etc. devices) available to various users. - Equipment of a gas-fired power station in Dubai
German Vinci Energies subsidiary G+H Schallschutz has won a contract from the Emirates Trading Agency to design, implement and commission four exhaust systems at a gas-fired power station in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
- Liquorice production in the Netherlands
Actemium is working for Perfetti van Melle Hoorn to replace the monitoring and control system of a liquorice production line.

- Technical works packages for the Granite Tower building (La Défense)



VINCI Energies has won the full range of technical works packages for the Granite Tower building: high voltage and power generators, low voltage, voice-data-image wiring, climate control, plumbing, pipe systems and fire protection. Located in La Défense and designed by architect Christian de Portzamparc, the Granite Tower is being built by VINCI Construction. It will be handed over in 2008.
- Equipment for the Espace Béthune in Lille
VINCI Energies has implemented the electrical systems, telephone networks, sound systems, safety and security systems and BMS in the Espace Béthune shopping mall in Lille.
- Center Parc Ailette
As part of the construction of the Center Parcs du Lac Ailette holiday centre (Pierre & Vacances Group), VINCI Energies has carried out three works packages: HVAC and plumbing, fire protection and electrical engineering. The centre will open to the public in the autumn of 2007.
- Photovoltaic farms on Reunion Island
The development of renewable energies is proceeding apace on Reunion Island. In 2007, VINCI Energies will be implementing to 36 kW peak photovoltaic farms on the roofs of the Atexia (in La Possession) and Decoroc (in Etang Salé) buildings for power supplier Alterec.
- Maintenance at the World Trade Center in Marseille
Opteor has obtained the 5-year contract to operate and maintain the common premises at the Marseilles World Trade Center This is a multi-technical, multi-service contract. Vinci Energies has also been awarded the contract to replace two 700 kW heat pumps and a 150 kW ice water generator at this site.
- Climate engineering for the Castres Mazamet hospital complex
As lead company in a consortium with Promosanit (plumbing), VINCI Energies is in charge of the climate engineering works package as part of the construction of the Castres-Mazamet inter-municipal hospital complex.
- Multi-technology services for a 4-star hotel in Portugal
Sotécnica and Sotubar, VINCI Energies business units in Portugal are implementing a contract to install electrical, security, climate control and communications network equipment for a new 4-star hotel, the "Viva Marinha" in Cascais, near Lisbon.
- Hospital complex in Catalonia
Spanish VINCI Energies subsidiary Spark Ibéric has won a Ferrovial contract to refurbish and extend the Granollers hospital complex in Catalonia.

- Maintenance at the European Parliament
Axians is installing, at the European Parliament, the speaker rostrum and video system in the sub-committee rooms which will make it possible to film speakers for archiving and for web-casting on the Parliament website.

- Fibre optics in Paris
Operator Free has awarded to Graniou (telecommunications infrastructure) the contract to roll out fibre optic systems in the Paris sewers to provide broadband access to residents of three Paris arrondissements in the run-up to nation-wide rollout.
- Telecom network in Spain
Spark Telecomunicaciones, the VINCI Energies subsidiary in Spain, has renewed its four and a half year global contract with operator Telefónica de España. The contract covers installation and maintenance of client networks in the Barcelona region.
- High speed Network in Ariège
Graniou is taking part in the installation of broadband telecommunications infrastructure for the Ariège General Council, and as part of the Alticom project. The works got under way in April 2007 and will take one year to complete.
- Maintenance of the Neuf Cegetel network
VINCI Energies has won the maintenance contract for fibre optic infrastructure and tertiary sites for operator Neuf Cegetel. This 2-year contract, which covers 20 000 km of fibre optic lines and 400 host sites over the whole of metropolitan France, will mobilise 11 Graniou network business units and 13 Opteor network business units.
- Equipment for the museum at the Chateau of the Dukes of Brittany
Axians (voice-data-image solutions) has installed the complete high definition audiovisual solution (Full HD 1920 x 1080 technology) at the Chateau of the Dukes of Brittany museum in Nantes.
- Interactive devices at the Charles-de-Gaulle museum
Axians (voice-data-image solutions) is equipping the Charles-de-Gaulle museum, now being installed at the Invalides in Paris, with interactive devices, sound systems and video projectors.
- Information systems for the Dutch Defence Ministry
The IT division of the Dutch Defence Ministry has chosen Axians (business communications, voice-data-image) to implement a centralised domain names and IP addressing management solution.
