It also enables business units to cope with cyclical fluctuations by exchanging employees, a practice that strengthens solidarity within the Group.

VINCI Energies also encourages continuous improvement activities through Proposal Groups and Clubs dedicated to market segments, new technologies and other cross-cutting issues and activities.

 

 

ACADEMIE VINCI ENERGIES

The VINCI Energies Académie, which provided 93,000 hours of training in 2010, is a training facility serving the women and men who make up the Group since 1984.
