Working conditions to help employees achieve their potential

VINCI Energies teams are on the front line. On worksites and in the business unit, accident prevention is the Group’s core priority. Management staff are completely focused on achieving the “zero accident” goal that has been set. An active training and awareness-raising policy targeting all employees helps to ensure that safety becomes “second nature” for everyone.

Well-being at work requires business units on a human scale and respect for employees, but it also requires such resources as clean worksites and modern machinery, equipment and premises. Action is taken to improve day-to-day working conditions, with, for example, a special programme targeting movement and posture. The purpose of all these activities is to ensure, in everyone’s interest, the best possible workplace conditions for all employees.

The VINCI Energies Académie, which provided 93,000 hours of training in 2010, is a training facility serving the women and men who make up the Group since 1984.
