 | Menno Brontsema, "As a young graduate, just after completing my education in civil engineering, I joined VINCI Energies as a consulting electrical engineer. I was 21 years old. Why did I decide to join this large European group? Because it offered a lot of opportunities to work in different jobs. My job consists in designing the electrical infrastructure of our customers. I have been doing this for three years now. What I like, above all, is the freedom that is given to me in my work and the large number of training courses I can take.
