"I am a project manager in a VINCI Energies business unit and I must say the job is fascinating! My background is a bit complicated – I trained as a carpenter, spent time in South Africa, and then studied business administration and worksite management – and I am glad I made this choice. What attracted me to the Group was the opportunity to take part in the “pépinière” programme and spend two years learning the various jobs.

I now manage customer contracts from start to finish - from the prospecting phase to the final closure of the file. Customer relations, service negotiations with sub-contractors, worksite organisation and management, oversight, invoicing, etc. - I perform all these tasks, which require teamwork, an open mind, flexibility, mobility, and an ongoing desire to learn.

I very much like the human dimension of the Group, which respects employees and invests in their skills by developing training, in particular. We are given the opportunity to move up and discover new fields. I also appreciate the fact that the Group gives priority to the safety of its employees, a sign of the priority given to the people who enable the Group to succeed."
