A high-quality induction process for new arrivals and development of the skills of all employees are major goals for the Group.
The programmes conducted in 2010 are reflected in the figures:

- 2,400 new recruits on permanent contract, including 850 young people
- 4,000 young people welcomed as interns or as part of “sandwich” courses
- 600,000 hours allocated to training
