In order to assist the growth of the Group and sustain progress in its different sectors, VINCI Energies applies an active policy for the development of its wealth of human resources. A high-quality induction process for new arrivals and development of the skills of all employees are major goals for the Group.

  • 39,000 staff
  • 2,400 new recruits on permanent contract, including 850 young people
  • 4,000 young people welcomed as interns or as part of “sandwich” courses 
  • 600,000 hours allocated to training

  • 5,000 trainees from the Group workforce
  • 600 sessions
  • 93,000 training hours

ACADEMIE VINCI ENERGIES

The VINCI Energies Académie, which provided 93,000 hours of training in 2010, is a training facility serving the women and men who make up the Group since 1984.
