Young people are welcomed for internships and work-study programmes under “professionnalisation” and internship contracts; this is a key element of the Group’s human resources policy. These young people are earning a diploma (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, engineering degree, vocational university degree, master’s degree) while learning their future job through first-hand experience..

Campus Managers, Connecting the energies of the future

To expand recruitment of young graduates, the Group has forged nearly 400 partnerships with schools and training centres. Many employees, directors, business unit managers, project managers and worksite managers from all VINCI Energies Group business units help lead this network. These are the Group’s “campus managers” and they are enthusiastic in carrying out this assignment.
These “campus managers” also support the faculty at some schools and training centres, helping to develop curricula and support young people in their studies. They also teach seminars and give lectures, take part in exam panels and faculty committees, etc.

Nurturing talent
