VINCI Energies acquires ASAS Systems, the Spanish leader in handling systems
VINCI Energies has closed an agreement with ISASTUR to acquire its subsidiary: ASAS Systems.
ASAS Systems, the Spanish leader in handling systems, delivers turnkey services and solutions to its clients in automotive and other industries.
The company employs 100 professionals and generated €50 million turnover. ASAS Systems is based in Spain with a subsidiary in Germany and is growing its solutions and services into other countries such as Belgium, Poland, Mexico, and the USA. This acquisition will expand VINCI Energies in Spain and the market position of Actemium, in the automotive industry and specially in the rapidly growing market of electrical vehicle production.
Actemium is the VINCI Energies brand 100% dedicated to industrial process. Actemium currently employs 20,000 people and generates a revenue of €2.1 billion in 40 countries. Actemium’s mission is to help its clients improve their competitive advantage and industrial performance. Actemium operates from the consultancy and engineering phases through to realization, commissioning and maintenance.
ASAS Systemas expands the Actemium geographical coverage in Europe and America. With already six acquisitions in different countries in 2017, representing more than €200 million turnover, VINCI Energies takes its international expansion one step further.
