VINCI Energies expands further into robotics with the acquisition of the Lepta group.
VINCI Energies broadens its offering in robotics units with the acquisition of the Lepta group, which owns ATIS and Technic Automation. Founded in 1988, these two companies develop highly advanced, automated turnkey assembly and control systems. With a combined 75 employees and €14 million in revenue, these firms reach far beyond their home region in Cluses and in the area of Annecy near the French Alps, working with their customers from around the world.
“This acquisition consolidates our positions on these growing, high value-added markets and, more generally speaking, will rapidly enhance the expertise of our Actemium brand in automation technology,” said Vincent Bouffard, Deputy Managing Director of VINCI Energies France.
