The signing by Opteor of a maintenance contract with Nîmes Métropole.

2009-08-17 : The signing by Opteor of a maintenance contract with Nîmes Métropole.
In order to guarantee not only the comfort but also the safety of both occupants and the public, Nîmes Métropole has entrusted Opteor with the task of maintaining all the building's utility systems.

Set up in 2001, the Nîmes Métropole city & district authority is an organisation made up of individual municipalities (26 local communities with a total population of 240,000) which plays an active role in the development of the Gard territorial département and the surrounding French region of Languedoc-Roussillon.
Based in Nîmes, the authority headquarters houses all the decision bodies of this grouping of municipalities: community councillors, the chief officers of the authority and the elected representatives of the Commissions.

The building known as the Colysée, or “Coliseum”, has a floor area of 6,000 sq. m.  divided between four levels, plus an underground car park.

In order to guarantee not only the comfort but also the safety of both occupants and the public, Nîmes Métropole has entrusted Opteor with the task of maintaining all the building’s utility systems:

Environmental control
Power cabling
Low-current cabling
Plumbing/washrooms, mechanical ventilation, etc.

Under the terms of the contract, Opteor is committed to taking action on site within two hours and guarantees that Nîmes Métropole will have full control over its expenditure on energy.
