The 800 VINCI Energies business units have taken initiatives to be involved in their economic and social environments through solidarity and good citizenship projects.

Employee commitment

VINCI Energies business unit employees are involved in many initiatives on the local level. For 8 years now, Citéos Grenoble has been a partner of A-Tel Communication, a center that specializes in job placement for young people in difficulty. Every year, this partnership makes it possible for two young apprentices to discover the working world and to learn a trade. This job placement system regularly leads to hirings.
