The diversity and equal opportunity approach concerns all of the Group’s business units and is part of all of their projects. Specific training is offered within the VINCI Energies Academy. Working groups on diversity and equal opportunity topics have been formed. Management’s involvement, as close to the field as possible, supports this approach. In the Group’s business units, positive and negative discrimination do not exist; the only things that count are professional competency and the confidence given to everyone so that they can prove themselves on the job.
The employees interviewed for the audits considered that the possibilities for training, professional advancement and salary outlooks are the same for all, men and women. The policies for the training of managers, flex time, internal and external communication, contribute to disseminating this culture of professional equality.
