Connecting our energies

Home > Values

VINCI Energies carries in its genes the human values of solidarity, trust, independence, responsibility and entrepreneurship.
Quite apart from economic success, compliance with these values ensures the Group’s future. These deeply rooted values drive VINCI Energies’ service culture and management model. They also nurture its social and environmental responsibility policies. The 60,000 women and men who make up the Group’s 1500 business units share these values.

Solidarity and generosity:

The spirit of networking and connecting energies within the Group involves sharing experience and resources across VINCI Energies. It illustrates the prevailing solidarity and generosity among its business units and its teams on the ground.

“Naturally, I also want to share my knowledge with others. That’s why I devote time to training. Solidarity, making the most of each employee’s potential and developing competencies are essential Group values.”

José Antonio Ramos, foreman, Tecuni, Spain

Solidarity is also what drives employee involvement in civil society. Employees are notably given an opportunity to work within the framework of the VINCI Foundation for the Community to support organisations helping to promote employment.

“I organise occupational safety awareness activities for the employees of two associations working to promote employment. I am happy to see VINCI Energies employees become involved in this project.”

Pascal Common, Director, VINCI Energies Ouest Centre

Last but not least, generosity is a fundamental part of the service mindset that underpins our jobs.
