Pont de Sèvres towers

Eight VINCI Energies business units renovated the technical equipment in the Pont de Sèvres towers for BNP Paribas Immobilier in a project that resulted in a variety of certifications, including BREEAM Excellent®.

The works included heating, ventilation, air conditioning, smoke extraction, plumbing, electricity and fire safety at the 85,000 square metre site in Boulogne-Billancourt near Paris. Architect Dominique Perrault re-designed the 1970s buildings to boost comfort and bring in more light.

The buildings are connected to the city and form part of a broader urban project. In 2020, the area will be linked to the capital by the Grand Paris Express.
