Jamie Kauffeld: on the finance fast track
Jamie Kauffeld is one of the financial directors at VINCI Energies in The Netherlands, less than five years after joining the Group. Her remarkable career progression reflects the culture of autonomy, learning and internal mobility encouraged at VINCI Energies.
In barely five years, Jamie Kauffeld has experienced a remarkable rise at VINCI Energies. Having joined the Group as an assistant controller in 2019, this 30-year-old Dutch professional became Financial Director at VINCI Energies in The Netherlands in January 2024. Astrategic management graduate of Tilburg University, she has transformed every opportunity into a springboard, and now directs the finances of several Actemium and local brands business units in the industry specialised in design and engineering.
“I love the diversity of my missions,” she says. “I work in several distinct organisations, with diverse teams, and I appreciate the organisational freedom I’m given.” Driven by the pleasure of sharing, Jamie Kauffeld also works as a QUARTZ trainer and is contributing to the creation of a new financial training course for the VINCI Energies Academy. “These training sessions teach you to adapt and challenge yourself with different viewpoints. It’s extremely rewarding.”
