In Bruz, Brittany, Uxello welcomed a dozen young people disengaged from education to a session organised alongside the non-profit Réseau Étincelle [lit. “Spark Network”]. The aim was to introduce them to the business and its career opportunities, and to help them build their own futures.
From 4 to 12 June 2025, the Uxello site in Bruz, near Rennes, hosted a professional discovery session in partnership with the non-profit organisation Réseau Étincelle, with support from the Fondation VINCI pour la Cité and VINCI Energies.
Over the course of the week, a dozen academically disengaged young people aged 16 to 25 immersed themselves in the business unit’s day-to-day operations. Fifteen Uxello employees got involved to deliver the event, with presentations, workshops and discussion sessions. The week concluded with an informal ceremony, during which the young people each received a symbolic certificate from a panel of employees.
Since 2014, more than 550 VINCI employees have given their time to the association, making it possible to support over 700 young people throughout France.
