New contract with Energisa
Having been successful in the ANEEL 01/2024 call for tenders, Omexom Brazil will be responsible for Batch 12, which covers the construction of two 500 kV transmission lines with 752 towers and a total length of 391.8 km.
This project includes the construction of the 500 kV Boa Esperança – Graça Aranha transmission line (181.1 km in length with four cables per phase) and the 500 kV Teresina IV – Graça Aranha line (210.7 km long with six cables per phase). These lines will cross the States of Maranhão and Piauí, helping to strengthen the national power supply network.
The project will be completed on a turnkey basis, incorporating all engineering phases, procurement and construction management.
