On 28 July  2025, VINCI Energies acquired SP Consulting GmbH, a company based in Ludwigshafen, Germany. This experienced supplier of MES/MOM solutions combines the most advanced technologies with extensive expertise to optimise production processes. SP Consulting uses standardised open interfaces to allow perfect integration with existing computing environments. The company specialises in the development, implementation and maintenance of computerised systems for production management, and solutions for creating reports and analysing large quantities of data. 

SP Consulting employs 28 people on its Ludwigshafen site in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate and generated approximately €2.5 million in revenue in 2024. 

With this acquisition, VINCI Energies is expanding the range of solutions offered by Actemium, the industry brand of VINCI Energies, a leading German provider of comprehensive electrical and automation technology services and installations for industrial process solutions.
