VINCI Energies acquiresKramer & Best Anlagenbau GmbH

VINCI Energies acquired Kramer & Best Anlagenbau GmbH, based in Dörth (Germany) on March 8th, 2024. The medium-sized, owner-managed company was founded in 1982 and counts about 120 employees at a total of four locations.

The company operates the planning, installation, and commissioning of process systems in the fields of biotechnology, high-tech, beverage-, food-, pharmaceutical- and chemical technology. The range of services at Kramer & Best leads from the planning of pipelines and apparatus construction to complete production facilities.

Kramer & Best will be integrated into the VINCI Energies industrial brand Actemium in Germany as an independent business unit, and can therefore increase the activities in the pharmaceutical, life science and chemicals sectors, for which Actemium carries out energy, electrical and automation work. The mechanical and process engineering expertise of Kramer & Best is an excellent complement to the services of Actemium. The company generated sales of €33 million, in 2023.
