VINCI Energies acquires El-trion

Through this acquisition, as well as the acquisition of Fiber och Elkraft i Norr AB earlier this year, VINCI Energies continues to grow in northern Sweden.

El-trion was founded in 2016 with several major projects in electrical installation in the region of Luleåand. The company employs about twenty employees and an annual turnover of approximately €6 million.

Emmanuel Dunat, Managing Director at VINCI Energies in Sweden, says: “The foundation of VINCI Energies growth strategy is to welcome well-established and locally strong entrepreneurs with a drive and potential to accelerate. We reach a strategic milestone in our growth in northern Sweden, when we through our brands in the area (today Eitech, Fiber och Elkraft, Omexom) and now the acquisition of El-trion reach a turnover of 1 billion Swedish kronor distributed by almost 500 employees.”

Sture Lomakka, CEO El-trion, declare: “2021 has been an incredible year for El-trion, where our efforts have been rewarded by Dagens Industri as this year’s “Gasellföretag i Norrbotten”. With excitement, we look forward to becoming part of VINCI Energies and to accelerating our business, which we are convinced will provide strong added value for both our customers and employees in the long run.

In addition to El-trion, VINCI Energies Swedish network is currently represented by seven brands: Actemium, Axians, Eitech, Emil Lundgren, Fiber och Elkraft, INAC Process and Omexom. Together, with their strong regional roots and innovation culture, they promote the development of new and sustainable technologies to contribute to the digital transformation and energy transition that is now taking place locally, nationally, and globally.

Emmanuel Dunat, concludes: “El-trion will be an important element to VINCI Energies expansion in northern Sweden. Our ambition is to continue our journey of growth both organically and through further acquisitions, with the goal of being able to contribute with our expertise and achieve the green transition that is now taking place at high speed in northern Sweden”
