Based primarly in North-Eastern France and operating throughout the country, the four businesses have a combined revenue of €30 million and employ nearly 100 people. Together, they provide the full life cycle of lifting equipment: 

• Design and manufacture of bespoke installations; 

• Integration of handling solutions for industrial environments; 

• Maintenance, modernisation and compliance of critical equipment. 

The acquisition strengthens VINCI Energies’ offering in industrial lifting and handling, in a market shaped by the evolution of equipment and safety, compliance and performance requirements, while supporting the operational continuity and performance of industrial sites.
