Created in 2015, the nonprofit association Les Déterminés promotes entrepreneurship and employment for young people, focused mainly on priority areas and rural regions. It is now established in 17 towns and cities across mainland France, and has already helped more than 2,300 entrepreneurs to develop their businesses. 

Pierre Oillic, Project Manager at Actemium Pays de Loire Automation, sponsors the association with the Fondation VINCI pour la Cité. Thanks to his involvement, Les Déterminés have been able to access the financial means to turbocharge their support work. 

For example, this finance funded the acquisition of IT equipment for people involved in training programmes and the recruitment of trainers and experts to support the future entrepreneurs. 

Alongside this material support, Pierre Oillic has also been sharing his experience and advice with the association’s clients.
