Redevelopment of the Ringpark building in the heart of Rembrandtpark in Amsterdam

Under the new name Rembrandt Park, the complex will soon be a great location for a mix of companies and public facilities. A special project in Amsterdam-West that Bosman Bedrijven is entering into together with partner Dura Vermeer Renovatie Midden West.

High-quality renovation 
Rembrandt Park comprises the renovation of approximately 25,000 square meters of office space and will be given an additional 2,500 square meters due to the two extra floors that will be added to the ten existing layers. The building will be completely stripped and the architectural firm HofmanDujardin will give the building a new transparent appearance with an open ground floor. There will be a completely glass pavilion on the water with a restaurant and large terrace that is freely accessible. For relaxation, companies that settle in the building and visitors can also visit the coffee bar and gym. 

BREEAM Excellent 
This high-quality renovation aims to achieve a BREEAM Excellent certificate. To make sustainability possible, Rembrandt Park will have, among other things, a thermal storage system, low temperature heating (LTV), climate ceilings and PV panels on the roof. 
The redevelopment of Rembrandt Park is the start of a larger development to realize an attractive offer of work and recreation at this beautiful location in Amsterdam-West.
