A passion for knowledge-sharing

An administration and finance manager for Tunzini and Cegelec (VINCI Energies Building Solutions), Anne Tartar has transformed her financial diligence into a driver of collective learning. As a trainer for the QUARTZ programme, she combines her passion for sharing VINCI Energies values and methods with her active involvement in community projects.

For the past three years, Anne Tartar, an administration and finance manager for Tunzini and Cegelec (VINCI Energies Centre Ouest), has been devoting part of her time to the QUARTZ programme, the VINCI Energies management system to embed the Group’s values in all its operations.

Initially uncomfortable with public speaking, through the Académie Vinci Energies trainers’ days, she soon discovered a real passion for sharing knowledge. She now runs QUARTZ M1 sessions focused on Group values (primarily aimed at new recruits), and M2 sessions on management and budgeting, aimed at people such as business development managers, project managers and executive assistants. In these sessions, she shares the Group’s values, methods and practices, forging links and opening up people’s career prospects in the process. “QUARTZ training is a real breath of fresh air and adds another dimension to my role. It’s fascinating because it touches on every area: finance, HR, tax, CSR, etc.”

Arriving at Axians in 2011 after a career in accounting and business, she climbed the ranks to assume administrative and financial responsibility at Tunzini Centre-Val de Loire (in 2016) and then also Cegelec Val de Loire (2023). Her role has been enriched with managerial, HR and communications duties. She is highly committed to CSR and community action, including her sponsorship of Unis‑Cité and involvement in a sports challenge for an inclusive cause. At 45, she personifies a career built on diligence, openness and sharing in true VINCI Energies spirit.
