A taste for sharing, a collective appetite

As a commercial manager for several Actemium Germany business units, Lukas Pflaum has acquired a real taste for learning – and for passing on knowledge. A QUARTZ trainer, he has embraced a business culture based on trust and responsibility.

At Actemium Germany, Lukas Pflaum, Divisionskaufmann (Divisional Commercial Manager), embodies a management style based on trust, sharing and meticulous execution. A technician by training become a commercial expert, he combines technical sense with strategic vision. “This combination of two disciplines helps me take an overarching view of the projects Isupervise,” he explains.

In 14 years with the VINCI Energies industry brand, he has learned to lead by promoting individual talent and team spirit. A QUARTZ trainer since 2018, he runs sessions on the Group’s values and methods and is convinced that “Sharing knowledge is also self-improvement”.

Guided by trust – “The cornerstone of everything else, which allows open communication, mutual support and sincere cooperation” – Lukas Pflaum encourages his team members to learn, share and question.

He is also committed to training young people and works with Actemium’s apprenticeship centre in Munich. Looking to the future, he sees digitalisation in the sector as an opportunity to strengthen cooperation and firmly embed the QUARTZ culture in his teams.
