Founded in 2000, HTS operates across New Zealand, with offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. The company serves mainly central and local government clients, employs 38 people, and generated revenue of approximately NZD 13 million in 2025. HTS is also the official New Zealand agent for Swiss Timing.

The acquisition strengthens VINCI Energies’ presence in New Zealand and expands its capabilities in smart mobility infrastructure, digital systems, and public-sector transport solutions. It will support growing demand for more sustainable and connected mobility solutions.

The acquisition reflects VINCI Energies’ continued ambition to grow in New Zealand, building on strong local capabilities and its existing presence through Omexom.
