VINCI Energies’ Welcome Days in Germany give new hires the opportunity to get behind the company’s charitable initiatives.
In November 2022, participants could take part in a workshop to win points that would be converted into a donation for Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque. They raised enough money for a 3-year-old Nigerian boy to undergo surgery in Strasbourg in January 2023. Within a few days, he was able to return to his host family to recuperate.
