VINCI Energies acquires the engineering activities of RCO Mechatronics in the Netherlands

VINCI Energies expands its industrial portfolio with the acquisiton of RCO Mechatronics in the Netherlands.

VINCI Energies acquires the engineering activities of RCO Mechatronics in Tilburg. The specialised mechatronics and robotics expertise of RCO Mechatronics strengthens the VINCI Energies Industry portfolio in the manufacturing industry.

RCO Mechatronics specialises in the design, development, and production of standardised and customer-specific robot and cobot applications and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of material handling and robotic palletising in the FMCG market. RCO Mechatronics has its own line of standardised SRP cobot/robot palletising systems and machines.

This acquisition (asset deal) is fully in line with VINCI Energies’ strategy to reinforce its industrial portfolio with Mechatronics Robotics and Cobotics knowledge. RCO Mechatronics will trade under the brand name Actemium in 2023.
