These actions are initiated in the field of social and professional integration and child support, whether in health or education. They are supported by our employees or our business units by engaging in skills-based volunteering, making in-kind or monetary donations or organising fundraisers.
Our history and values have given us a deep sensitivity to learning and transmiting. We believe that universal accesse to education reduces inequality and encourages regional development.
VINCI Energies supports two global projects linked to children’s education and health
UNICEF partnership
In 2022, VINCI Energies and UNICEF* France signed a four-year partnership with the aim of delivering quality education through access to digital for children in Benin, Brazil and East Timor. These programmes implemented by UNICEF aim to provide access to the Internet and computing equipment for students aged 6 to 18 and will be rolled out in 56 schools, benefiting 400 teachers and more than 20,000 students. Children will be able to develop their own digital skills, access learning and open up to unlimited possibilities for the future. Since the partnership began, VINCI Energies has been encouraging its employees all over the world to get involved through a variety of sports events to raise funds to support these three education projects.

Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque
Committed since 2017 alongside Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque, VINCI Energies supports a vital cause that enables dozens of children with congenital heart defects to receive treatment and access life-saving care they would not have in their home countries.
This partnership is built on the engagement of VINCI Energies business unites and the ongoing involvement of employees, who organize numerous solidarity initiatives each year to raise funds and increase awareness of the association’s mission. Charity runs, sports challenges, internal awareness campaigns during onboarding days, and local initiatives: all these actions reflect a collective, lasting, and tangible commitment to supporting the work carried out by Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque.
Helping each individual feel part of the community
Set up in 2002, the Fondation VINCI pour la Cité works with local communities on a long-term basis by supporting projects that promote social and professional integration. It bridges the gap between the skills of VINCI Group employees and the needs of organisations with a social purpose. As well as receiving financial support, all the projects championed by the Fondation are supported by one or more VINCI employees that act as sponsors like Charlotte Le Marre. The VINCI Solidarity platform facilitates civic engagement among VINCI employees in France, who are just a mouse-click away from committing to community projects offered by the Fondation’s partner associations.
Encouraging our business units to get involved with local populations
Established in the heart of the territories, our business units are encouraged to get involved in social projects with local communities. In Indonesia, Actemium Systems Indonesia financed 20 CAD workstations for a professional technical school on Batam Island. In France, Actemium Marine Lorient made its premises available as temporary accommodation for an individual on an access-to-employment programme with the Bureaux du Coeur association.
