Transat Jacques Vabre: 20 Children saved with Initiatives-Cœur!

On November 19th, Sam Davies and her co-skipper Jack Bouttel successfully completed the Transat Jacques Vabre aboard the Initiatives-Cœur boat, supporting Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque. The outcome? 20 children saved, thanks to the '1 click = 1 heart' campaign.

After twelve days of racing, which commenced on November 7th in Le Havre, Sam Davies and co-skipper Jack Bouttel arrived in Fort-de-France, Martinique, securing the fifth position in the 30th edition of the Transat Jacques Vabre.

Throughout the race, for every click, share, and comment on the Facebook page, as well as for every new subscriber to the Initiatives-Cœur Instagram account, K-LINE, VINCI Energies, and Les Chocolats du Cœur, the boat’s partners, pledged to donate 1 euro to Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque to save children with heart disease. This year, twenty children will undergo surgery with Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque.
