VINCI Energies has acquired Bauservice Rolf Köster in Boock

Bauservice Köster is a specialist in civil engineering for line and network construction, mainly in the Altmark region in northern Germany.

VINCI Energies acquired Bauservice Rolf Köster in Boock on 1 October 2020. In 2019, the 22 employees, including trainees, will generate annual revenue of approximately €1.8 million.

VINCI Energies is expanding the portfolio of services offered by its Omexom brand in the distribution network construction sector.

“With our new construction services company under the management of Stefan Köster, we are strengthening our portfolio and our market position with a well-rehearsed and effective team in a region where civil engineering resources are only available to a limited extent. – says Max Barta, managing director of Omexom GA Nord GmbH.

Rolf Köster, head of the company Bauservice Rolf Köster adds: “We are pleased to offer the experience and quality of our team to the market under the Omexom brand. By working closely with VINCI’s network, we intend to develop further as the Altmark Business Unit“. 

Prior to this acquisition, VINCI Energies in Germany generated annual sales of €2.2 billion and employs about 12,000 people.
