VINCI Energies is acquiring enertech Energie und Technik GmbH

Enertech Energie und Technik GmbH is a specialist in energy and process engineering as well as system and plant engineering for medium-sized power generation plants and in pipeline planning.

VINCI Energies has acquired enertech Energie und Technik GmbH based in Radebeul (Germany) by signing a contract dated 12 August 2020. With this acquisition, VINCI Energies is expanding the portfolio of its Omexom brand in the design of energy production and storage facilities.

Enertech Energie und Technik GmbH is a specialist in energy and process engineering as well as system and plant engineering for medium-sized power generation plants and in pipeline planning. The company has its headquarters in Radebeul and a second location in Zittau. The 19 employees generate an annual turnover of around € 1.6 million.

Cris Hölzel, managing director of enertech Energie und Technik GmbH, adds: “Our services in the fields of energy and process engineering are the ideal complement to VINCI Energies, which has its planning strengths in the energy segment primarily in the electrical primary and secondary engineering.
